Service Estimates
Estimate requests submitted through this website are not binding contracts. A written estimate provided following an in-home consultation constitutes our firm pricing offer. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Actual project pricing is confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.
Service Guarantee
Our 3-year craftsmanship guarantee covers defects in workmanship and finish failure under normal household use. It does not cover damage from misuse, abrasive cleaning products, physical impact, water damage from leaks or flooding, or normal wear in unusually high-traffic environments. Guarantee service requires reasonable notice and scheduling coordination.
Limitation of Liability
Cabinetista's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including project photos, written content, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Cabinetista. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
